At TheVeshtiStore, we take pride in offering high-quality traditional wear. Your satisfaction is important to us! If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must include all original tags and packaging.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-stitched or altered products
  • Items bought on sale or during special offers
  • Innerwear or personal-use garments
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
Proof of Purchase

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong product or size delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Size exchange (subject to availability)

Please note: Exchanges are only possible if the item is returned in original condition.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received it.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank or payment account.

  • Contact your bank or card provider – sometimes it takes a few days for refunds to reflect.
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, DM us at theveshtistore on instagram.

Exchanges
  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
  • To request an exchange, DM us at theveshtistore or whatsapp 6379092925 with your order number and reason for exchange.
