Shipping Within India

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Courier Partners: We ship through trusted delivery services like Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, and others.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

    • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied

    • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available with an additional fee of ₹50

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking details. You can track your order status at any time.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or national holidays

  • Courier service issues
    In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively.

Address & Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

  • If your location is non-serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.

  • Our courier partners deliver between 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
